Practical information

Reimbursement for transportation to and from Copenhagen can be provided. In order to be reimbursed, all necessary documentation must be sent to codiac@croneandco.com no later than 15 November 2021. In addition, please note the following:

Traveling from Denmark:

• Reimbursement is only provided for standard train and bus tickets (not business class).
• Driving by car is reimbursed with DKK 1.90 per kilometer driven.
• Bridge costs are reimbursed.
• If you fly with a domestic flight, reimbursement is only provided for standard tickets. In addition, the price of the flight ticket must not be significantly more expensive than a standard train ticket for the same journey.
• If you are paying as a private individual, documentation + civil registration number must be submitted.
• If an employer has carried the expenses, the bank account number + reference number including documentation of expenditure must be submitted with the reimbursement request.

Traveling from abroad:

• Driving by car is reimbursed with DKK 1.90 per kilometer driven.
• Bridge costs are reimbursed.
• Reimbursement for international flights is only provided for a standard ticket (not business class).
• If you travel by train and bus, a reimbursement is only provided for standard tickets (not business class).
• If you are paying as a private person, you must submit documentation + name + address + bank details
• If an employer has carried the expenses, you must submit invoice including documentation of expenditure.
